Over 500 units manufactured for Dorel UK

TPS were invited by Dorel UK to create a display unit for the release of their new Maxi Cosi Isofix car seat fixing system.
The challenge was to create a cost effective solution for demonstrating the 3 key parts of the system, whilst minimising store footprint.
The 3 tier unit was designed using steel uprights with melamine faced shelves and base to provide a hard wearing unit
that allowed customers to easily interact with the product.
Designing and constructing the stands incorporated many areas of expertise offered by TPS including wood, metal, acrylic and print.
Over 500 of these units have so far been manufactured and located in Halfords and Mothercare stores and distributed throughout Europe.
